This website is owned and operated by Your Love Rara, a charity registered in Scotland (SC053673) (“YLR”). Access to and use of this website is subject to the following terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before using the site.

6. Third-Party Platforms and Links
Zeffy (zeffy.com) — for processing charitable donations. When you make a donation, you will be directed to Zeffy’s platform and your payment details will be handled by Zeffy in accordance with their own terms and privacy policy. YLR does not collect or store your payment card details directly.
Eventbrite (eventbrite.co.uk) — for event listings and ticket bookings. When you book an event through Eventbrite, their own terms and privacy policy will apply.
Class for Kidz (classforkidz.co.uk) — for booking children’s activities. When you are redirected to Class for Kidz to make a booking, their own terms and privacy policy will apply. YLR does not collect personal data about children directly through this booking process.
YLR has no control over and takes no responsibility for the content, terms or privacy practices of these third-party platforms. We encourage you to read their respective policies before providing any personal information to them.
7. Donations
Donations made through our Website are processed via Zeffy, a third-party donation platform. YLR does not handle or store your payment card details directly. Zeffy processes payments in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), however the security of information transmitted via the Internet cannot be fully guaranteed and any data transferred is at your own risk.
If you believe you have made a donation in error, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing info@yourloverara.org or by writing to us at 11 Wagley Parade, Bucksburn, Aberdeen, AB21 9UB. We will do our best to assist you, however please note that refunds of donations are at YLR’s discretion and subject to Zeffy’s own refund processes. We are not able to return donated items.
8. Forms and Enquiries
Our Website includes a number of online forms including a general contact form, a volunteer application form, a party or event enquiry form, and a newsletter sign-up. Information submitted through these forms is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through these forms unless specifically requested by us.
Our newsletter is managed through Mailerlite. By signing up to our newsletter you agree to Mailerlite’s terms and privacy policy as well as our own Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send you.
9. Our Products and services
Where we offer free products, services or events through our Website — such as information packs or community activities — these are provided at our discretion on an “as is” basis. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage if we are unable to provide those items or if they do not meet any stated specifications. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to such items, whether express or implied.
